Ivan Soto-Wright is co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of MoonPay.

Ivan is a leading financial technology entrepreneur and investor, and is a member of the Milken Institute Fintech Advisory Council. Throughout his career he has advocated for building systems and developing technologies that increase financial freedom.

Before founding MoonPay, Ivan was CEO and co-founder at Saveable (acquired by Plum Fintech), a smart money app that has helped millions of people in the UK and Europe to invest, save and mange their spending through automation.

He began his career at London-based investment advisory firm Redington, where he provided strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction advice to some of the world’s largest pension funds and insurance companies.

He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Special Honors in Economics from The George Washington University. He also studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Chopra Foundation.

Prior to joining, he was the President of Figure, a company transforming financial services through blockchain technology. At Figure, Asiff focused on expanding internationally, launching new products, and scaling the investing, banking, and payment businesses.

Asiff was also formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Coinbase. Under his leadership, Coinbase scaled significantly, achieving 40x growth in volume and $1 billion in revenue. He also helped the company expand internationally, launch new products and assets, and close a funding round at an $8 billion valuation.

Prior to Coinbase, Asiff was a private equity and venture capital investor and advisor. He has held notable positions including Operating Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Senior Advisor at Bain Capital and Advent International, Chief Restructuring Officer at HP, and Partner at TPG Capital. Asiff began his career at IBM Labs as a software engineer.

For six years through 2017, Asiff taught a highly rated and over-subscribed second-year MBA course on private equity at University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he now guest lectures. Asiff received an MBA with honors from Canada’s best business school, The University of Western Ontario, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Calgary.

Keith A. Grossman is President of Enterprise at MoonPay.

Keith is a global leader in the rapidly evolving world of Web3. Prior to joining MoonPay, where he leads the mass adoption of these new technologies, he was the President of TIME, where he led the company and its Web3 endeavors since 2019.

TIME’s Web3 strategy modernized the brand, producing eight figures in profit as it expanded from community building to B2B partnerships. It also enabled several NFT creators to develop their unique IP into animated television series through TIME Studios. 

Prior to TIME, Keith served as the Global Chief Revenue Officer for Bloomberg Media, where he was responsible for the growth of its various media platforms. He was also part of the core team to launch QuickTake by Bloomberg, a 24/7 social, mobile news platform. Prior to Bloomberg, Keith was the Associate Publisher of WIRED as well as Ars Technica, where he won two Project Isaac Awards for Best Digital Inventions for his work on the WIRED Tablet Edition and Ars Accelerator.

Keith is a Board Member of New York Cares, New York's largest volunteer network connecting individuals within their philanthropic passions. He was also previously an Adjunct Professor at NYU.

Victor Faramond is co-founder & Chief Engineer at MoonPay.

Victor is a renowned expert in web technologies with a deep passion for building extensive full-stack applications. An ardent believer in democratizing technology, he envisions a world where advanced tech solutions are accessible and beneficial to all. This belief has been the driving force behind his work at MoonPay and in previous endeavors.

Before taking a leadership role at MoonPay, Victor showcased his technical prowess as a Software Engineer at Apple. He also played a pivotal role at Skello, a VC-backed startup specializing in online scheduling and personnel management software, where his innovative contributions significantly improved the platform's capabilities.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon. He also pursued studies at the esteemed École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, a world-leading institution renowned for cultivating tech visionaries.

With a mix of corporate experience, academic excellence, and a fervent belief in technological empowerment, Victor continues to inspire and innovate in the rapidly evolving world of web technologies.

Victor Faramond

Max Crown is one of MoonPay's three Co-Founders, along with Ivan Soto-Wright and Victor Faramond.

Max played a central role in establishing MoonPay’s finance and operations divisions, including installing in-house control systems, devising risk management programs and guidelines, and working closely with regulators across the world. 

Most recently, Max was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of an investment advisory firm with a focus on promoting international investments in Brazil. His firm assisted large US and UK investment funds as they navigated investments ranging from greenfield land developments to buying large credit portfolios.

Max graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies from London’s City University in 2004 and a Master of Finance from London Business School in 2009. He obtained a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 2014.

Chief Finance Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Max Crown

Zeeshan is the Chief Product & Strategy Officer at MoonPay. 

With a career spanning leadership roles at some of the largest payments and crypto platforms, Zeeshan has an enviable track record scaling businesses to successful enterprises. For over a decade he has been at the forefront of financial innovation in the payments and crypto sectors with stints as Vice President of Sales at payments giant Paysafe Group, Global Head of Payments at Tilt.com, and, most recently, CEO of Coinbase’s international business. 

At Coinbase, Zeeshan oversaw go-to-market strategy and built the regulatory, banking, and legal infrastructure from the ground up. He helped lead the company through hyper-growth, striking a delicate balance between rapid expansion and regulatory compliance in an evolving landscape. 

In addition to being Chief Growth Officer at MoonPay, Zeeshan also serves as an advisor to several crypto and fintech businesses.

Zeeshan Feroz

Lindsey Haswell is the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at MoonPay.

Before joining, Lindsey was the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer at crypto-asset firm Blockchain.com, where she managed the Legal, Compliance, and People teams. She is also one of the founders of BFF – an open-access community with a mission to connect, educate, and empower women and non-binary people in Web3 – and an initial contributor to Core Dao, a new Layer 1 blockchain that went to Mainnet in January 2023. Lindsey currently serves on the board of directors of BlackRock’s 

Lindsey was a founding member of Uber's Legal Team, where she oversaw many of the most complex legal and regulatory issues affecting the rideshare industry. From devising novel legal and litigation strategies to influencing favorable rideshare regulations, she was on the founding team of lawyers and business strategists who made rideshare legally possible.

An experienced crisis manager, she has quarterbacked the response to many front-page news matters, and specializes in bringing order, process, and strategy to companies navigating the challenges and opportunities of hyper-growth.  

When she’s not nurturing growth-stage companies, Lindsey is busy growing her two young boys with her husband in San Francisco.

Lindsey Haswell

Thom Hook is Global Chief Compliance Officer at MoonPay. 

Thom is a seasoned attorney and compliance professional with a specialization in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance. His background includes serving as the US Chief Compliance Officer of Bitstamp, where he oversaw the US and ROW businesses. Prior to this, he held compliance leadership roles at companies at American Express, KPMG, Pegasystems, Circle Internet Financial Inc., and Bluesnap. 

As a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist through ACAMs, Thom is known for his adept problem-solving and business-centric approach to compliance, ensuring that regulatory standards are met while fostering business growth. His collaborative work with product and engineering teams at Pega led to the development of regulatory compliance software solutions for global financial institutions, streamlining complex customer onboarding journeys and financial crime case management. 

Thom is currently an Adjunct Professor at Boston University Law School, where he teaches courses on crypto regulation and payment systems.

Thom Hook

Bugeon Mac Lee is MoonPay’s Asia Pacific Managing Director.

A seasoned finance and technology leader, Bugeon also serves as Principal at Tantan Global Partners (TGP), which he founded in 2017. TGP is a family office that actively invests in startups and VC funds that have game-changing ideas and technologies.

Bugeon is also Director of the Korean Public Diplomacy Association, an organization that promotes Korea's image and public policy at home and abroad, acting as a conduit between Korean companies and third-world countries where Korean technology can have a high impact. 

With a background in both strategic investment and corporate finance, Bugeon also has extensive experience advising leading blockchain companies, guiding them through high-growth phases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and navigating challenges associated with market entry and expansion across diverse jurisdictions. Prior to launching TGP, he was actively involved in various NGO missions and cohort study programs in Africa, including Millennium Villages Project.
