If you apply to a job posting, we collect information necessary to process your application or to retain you as an employee. We collect from various sources, including:

Some of the personal information we collect is considered “sensitive personal information” under California law. We collect the following categories of sensitive personal information (as defined under California law): social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number; account log-in, in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; and racial or ethnic origin, or union membership. This information is collected in order to process your application, evaluate you in the recruitment and hiring process, including to assess your eligibility for available positions; and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., health and safety, anti-discrimination laws). Note that we do not use this information for any purposes that are not identified within the Cal. Civ. Code 1798.121.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information, including sensitive personal information, about job applicants for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will retain your personal data for the duration of your application process and four weeks after the end of your application process, unless we have a legal obligation to retain the information for a longer period.
