MoonPay is back in business in the Bayou State.

MoonPay is delighted to announce that Louisiana residents can once again use MoonPay for the exchange of digital assets and fiat currencies.
The Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions has granted MoonPay a Virtual Currency Business Activity License (“VCBA”), meaning Louisiana residents can now use MoonPay for the following services:
- Buy: Access 70+ cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH and SOL
- Sell: Easily sell 20+ cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH and SOL, into your bank account
- Swap crypto cross-chain across the BTC, ETH and SOL ecosystems
- Checkout: Buy NFTs with your credit and debit card across 40+ blockchains
